Steven Williams

Steven Williams (born January 7, 1949) is an American actor known for his roles in films and television. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Captain Adam Fuller on 21 Jump Street, Lt. Jefferson Burnett on The Equalizer, Det. August Brooks on L.A. Heat, X on The X-Files, Russell 'Linc' Lincoln in Linc's, and Rufus Turner in Supernatural. Williams has appeared in various films including The Blues Brothers, Twilight Zone: The Movie, Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday, 22 Jump Street, It, and Birds of Prey. He has been nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award and one NAACP Image Award. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Williams was raised in Chicago and attended Wendell Phillips High School.
