    Sue Jenkins (born July 31, 1958) is an English actress known for her roles in popular television soap operas. She began her acting career at the age of eighteen after studying at drama college. Jenkins spent the first 11 years of her career performing in repertory theaters across the UK, showcasing her versatile talent in various productions. In 1985, she gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of barmaid Gloria Todd in the top-rated British soap opera, Coronation Street, appearing in a total of 238 episodes. Jenkins also starred as Jackie Corkhill in the Channel 4 soap opera, Brookside, from 1991 to 2001. Throughout her career, she has appeared in notable productions such as How We Used To Live and The Beiderbecke Affair.
