Sujaya Dasgupta

Sujaya Dasgupta is a British actress known for her roles in the Netflix series Shadow and Bone and the Apple TV+ series Shantaram. She was born in India and moved to England at the age of 3. Growing up in Hertfordshire, she graduated from the University of Leicester with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2009. After completing her acting training at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2015, Dasgupta made her London stage debut in A Midsummer Night's Dream in 2012. Her television career began with a role in the BBC medical drama Doctors in 2015 and she later appeared in the Freeform series Guilt. She continues to work in both television and film.
