    Sukhjeet Kaur Ojla, known as Sukh Ojla, is an English stand-up comedian, novelist, playwright, and comedy writer. Born on May 31, 1984, she hails from a working-class British Punjabi Sikh family. Ojla attended drama school at the Court Theatre Training Company after completing her schooling. She has appeared in various television shows like Black Mirror's 'White Christmas,' Hospital People, EastEnders, GameFace, The End of the F***ing World, and the film Victoria and Abdul. Ojla has also showcased her acting talent on stage, performing in productions like Gurpreet Kaur Bhatti's Elephant and Tamsin Oglesby's Future Conditional. In addition to acting, Ojla ventured into stand-up comedy in 2016 and has been featured on The Big Asian Stand-Up and Mock the Week. Furthermore, she wrote and starred in the play Pyar Actually in 2017 and published her debut novel, Sunny, in 2021.
