Susan Batson (born February 27, 1943) is an American producer, actress, author, and acting coach. She is a life member of the Actors Studio and has trained with notable acting teachers such as Harold Clurman, Uta Hagen, Herbert Berghof, and Lee Strasberg. Batson has coached Academy Award-winning actresses Nicole Kidman and Juliette Binoche. She won the 1971 Obie Award for her performance in AC-DC and has appeared on Broadway in George M! and The Leaf People. Batson also produced the 2006 production of A Raisin in the Sun. Her work in Adventures of a Black Girl in Search of God earned her the Los Angeles Drama Critics Award.
