Susan Lynch Biography
Susan Lynch (born 5 June 1971) is a Northern Irish actress. She is a three-time IFTA Award winner and was named the Best Supporting Actress at the British Independent Film Awards in 2003 for her role in '16 Years of Alcohol'. Lynch has appeared in numerous films including 'Waking Ned' (1998), 'Nora' (2000), 'Beautiful Creatures' (2000), and 'From Hell' (2001). In 2020, she was recognized as one of Ireland's greatest film actors by The Irish Times. Lynch was born in Corrinshego, County Armagh, Northern Ireland, to an Italian mother and an Irish father. She trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama and has also showcased her talent in stage productions like 'The Night Season' and 'The Last Days of Judas Iscariot'.
