Susanna Hoffs (born January 17, 1959) is an American singer, guitarist, songwriter, author, and actress. She is best known as one of the founding members of the band The Bangles, along with Debbi and Vicki Peterson. The group gained success in the 1980s with hits such as 'In Your Room' and 'Eternal Flame.' Hoffs has also pursued a solo career, releasing albums like 'When You're a Boy' and 'Susanna Hoffs.' In addition to her music career, she has appeared in films such as 'Stony Island' (1978), 'The Haircut' (1982), and 'The Allnighter' (1987). Hoffs continues to perform and record with The Bangles, who reunited in 1999 and released albums in 2003 and 2011.
