Susie Blake Biography
Susie Blake (born 19 April 1950) is an English television, radio, and stage actress. She is best known for her portrayal of the snobbish TV announcer in Victoria Wood: As Seen on TV and Bev Unwin in Coronation Street, appearing in the show between 2003 and 2006, with a brief return in 2015. Since 2011, Blake has played Hillary Nicholson in the sitcom Mrs. Brown's Boys. Born in Highgate, London, Blake's mother was an illustrator and children's television presenter. She has made regular appearances in Victoria Wood's television programs, and has also appeared in the sitcom One Foot in the Grave and the West End production of Wicked, where she played Madame Morrible.
