Sway Calloway

Sway Calloway, born on July 3, 1970, is an American journalist, radio personality, executive producer, and former rapper. He gained fame as a host for MTV News, where he reported on music, news, and culture. Sway also hosted red carpet pre-shows for MTV award ceremonies and covered major events. He co-hosts the nationally syndicated radio show The Wake Up Show alongside King Tech, as well as hosting Sway in the Morning on SiriusXM Shade45. Before his career in journalism, Sway was a rapper and b-boy, performing in Oakland, California, and releasing independent albums. Sway's contributions to the entertainment industry have made him a respected figure in media.
