Swizz Beatz

Kasseem Daoud Dean, known professionally as Swizz Beatz, is an American record producer, rapper, DJ, and songwriter. Born on September 13, 1978, in the Bronx, New York City, he began his career as a DJ and gained recognition in the hip hop industry through his family's record label, Ruff Ryders, and his collaboration with rapper DMX. As DMX's producer, DJ, and hype man, Dean became a prominent figure in hip hop. He later launched his own label imprint, Full Surface, in 2001, with the success of his protégé Cassidy. Dean has released two albums, including the compilation 'Swizz Beatz Presents G.H.E.T.T.O. Stories' in 2002. He continues to be an influential figure in the music industry.
