Tara Ochs (born 1976) is an American actress known for her roles in films such as Selma, Life as We Know It, The Fall, and Too Many Cooks. Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, Ochs grew up as a Navy brat, moving frequently. She graduated from the International Baccalaureate program at Pensacola High School and later attended Florida State University as a theatre major. With over 20 years of experience, Ochs has appeared in independent films, television shows, commercials, and regional live theater. In the film Selma (2014), she portrayed civil rights activist Viola Liuzzo, who was tragically killed by the Ku Klux Klan. Ochs currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
