Taylor Momsen

Taylor Momsen, born on July 26, 1993, is an American singer, songwriter, model, and former child actress. She gained early fame for her portrayal of Cindy Lou Who in the film How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000) and later rose to prominence as Jenny Humphrey on The CW's teen drama series Gossip Girl (2007–2012). Since 2009, Momsen has been the frontwoman of the American rock band the Pretty Reckless. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and has a younger sister who is also an actress. Momsen was signed with Ford Models at a young age and has a background in ballet. She is of partial Russian descent and was raised Catholic but is currently non-religious.
