Terrell Eldorado Owens, also known as T.O., is a former American football wide receiver who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 15 seasons. Born on December 7, 1973, Owens attended college at Chattanooga, where he played both football and basketball. In the 1996 NFL Draft, he was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the third round. Owens had successful stints with various teams including the 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills, and Cincinnati Bengals. Throughout his career, he earned six Pro Bowl selections and was named to the first-team All-Pro five times. Owens is regarded as one of the greatest wide receivers in NFL history, ranking third in career receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.
