Terri Hanauer

Terri Hanauer (born March 25, 1964) is a Canadian-American actress, film director, screenwriter, and photographer. She grew up in Canada and later moved to the United States, holding dual citizenship. Hanauer studied Theatre Arts at New York University. Her acting career began in 1977 with a role in the horror film 'Rabid,' directed by David Cronenberg. She gained recognition for her death scene in the film, which is prominently featured on American VHS and DVD covers. Hanauer has since appeared in various television films and series, including 'Matlock' (1989). In addition to acting, she has also worked as a director, screenwriter, and photographer.
