Terry Cashman
Terry Cashman, born Dennis Minogue on July 5, 1941, is an American record producer and singer-songwriter. He is best known for his 1981 hit, 'Talkin' Baseball'. In his early years, Cashman was a fan of the New York Giants and later became a New York Mets fan. He grew up in northern Manhattan and was the lead singer for a band called The Chevrons in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Cashman also played Minor League Baseball in the Detroit Tigers organization during that time. In 1967, he formed the pop-folk group Cashman, Pistilli and West with Gene Pistilli and Tommy West.
