    James Lee Williams, popularly known as The Vivienne, is a Welsh drag queen and TV personality. Born on 12 April 1992, she rose to prominence as the first UK RuPaul's Drag Race ambassador in 2015. The Vivienne gained widespread recognition by winning the inaugural series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK in 2019 and later appearing on the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars in 2022. As part of her victory, she was granted her own online television series, titled The Vivienne Takes on Hollywood, which premiered on BBC Three in April 2020. Prior to her success, The Vivienne worked in various Liverpool bars, including Superstar Boudoir, GBar, and Heaven. She adopted her unique stage name by referencing her affinity for Vivienne Westwood clothing.
