Thibaut Courtois

Thibaut Nicolas Marc Courtois is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Real Madrid in La Liga and the Belgium national team. Born on May 11, 1992, Courtois is widely regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the world. Known for his exceptional reflexes, acrobatic saves, and commanding presence in the penalty area, he began his career with Genk and won the Belgian Pro League. After signing for Chelsea in 2011, Courtois went on loan to Atlético Madrid where he achieved great success, winning a La Liga title, the Copa del Rey, the Europa League, and reaching the UEFA Champions League final. Returning to Chelsea in 2014, Courtois won two Premier League titles and the EFL Cup before joining Real Madrid in 2018 as La Liga's most expensive goalkeeper.
