Thomas F. Duffy Biography
Thomas F. Duffy (born November 9, 1955) is an American actor known for his roles in various movies and TV shows. He portrayed the sadistic rapist Charles Wilson in Death Wish II and the paleontologist Dr. Robert Burke in The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Additionally, he is recognized for his performance as the football-loving dad in Varsity Blues. Born in Newark, New Jersey, Duffy was raised in Woodbridge, New Jersey. During his time at Woodbridge High School, he participated in football, ice hockey, tennis, track, drama, and vocal music. He later attended Ohio University, where he played football and ice hockey while pursuing a pre-law degree. However, his passion for acting led him to graduate with a BFA in acting. Duffy arrived in Hollywood in 1980 and began his acting career with an appearance on CHiPs.
