Thure Riefenstein is a German actor, director, writer, and producer. Born in Germany with an Austrian-Serbian background, Riefenstein is fluent in German, English, French, and Spanish. He has received several awards and nominations throughout his career, including a 2010 Bambi audience award nomination for 'Boeseckendorf - the night a village vanished' and a 2009 International Emmy Award nomination for the same film. Riefenstein has also been recognized for his work as a director, with his film 'God is no Soprano' receiving a 'highly precious movie' rating from the German board of film classification. Outside of his career in entertainment, Riefenstein is licensed for motorboat, sailing, motorcycle, and scuba diving. He graduated as an actor in Germany in 1989 and has since worked on stage in repertory and Berlin Broadway theaters.
