Tia Carrere, born Althea Rae Duhinio Janairo on January 2, 1967, is an American actress and singer. She gained popularity for her role on the soap opera General Hospital. Carrere is known for her performances as Cassandra Wong in Wayne's World and Wayne's World 2, Juno Skinner in True Lies, Nani Pelekai in the Lilo & Stitch films and TV series, Queen Tyr'ahnee in Duck Dodgers, and Sydney Fox in Relic Hunter. She has also appeared on Curb Your Enthusiasm and Netflix's AJ and the Queen. Carrere has won two Grammy Awards for her music. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, she is of Filipino and Chinese descent.
