Tichina Arnold

Tichina Rolanda Arnold (born June 28, 1969) is an American actress known for her versatile roles in film and television. She began her career as a child actor and gained recognition for her supporting roles in movies like Little Shop of Horrors (1986) and How I Got into College (1989). Arnold rose to prominence for her portrayal of Pamela 'Pam' James on the popular FOX sitcom Martin, which ran from 1992 to 1997. She also captivated audiences as the feisty family matriarch Rochelle on the UPN/CW sitcom Everybody Hates Chris from 2005 to 2009. Arnold has showcased her acting prowess in various TV shows, including the TV Land original sitcom Happily Divorced (2011-2013) and the CBS sitcom series The Neighborhood (2018-present).
