Thornton began her television acting career with appearances in shows like Quintuplets, 8 Simple Rules, American Dreams, The O.C., Desperate Housewives, That's So Raven, Jericho, Wizards of Waverly Place, and Hannah Montana. In addition to her acting career, she also worked as a radio personality for KLAZ 105.9 in Hot Springs, Arkansas from 2015 to 2016.
