Tim Blaney

Timothy Patrick Blaney (born April 23, 1959) is an American puppeteer and voice actor. He is best known for providing the voices of Frank the Pug in the Men in Black film series, including Men in Black, Men in Black II, and Men in Black: International. Blaney also voiced the self-aware robot 'Johnny 5' in the movies Short Circuit and Short Circuit 2. With his talent for voice acting and puppeteering, Blaney has brought memorable characters to life on the silver screen.
