Tim Dang

Timothy G. Dang (born August 4, 1958) is an American actor and theatre director. He served as the artistic director at the Asian American theatre company, East West Players (EWP), in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, California until 2016. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Dang is of Chinese American descent. He attended St. Patrick School and later Saint Louis School, where he excelled academically. Dang's passion for music and theatre developed during his time at these schools. He also took classes at the University of Hawaii while still in high school. With his extensive experience and leadership at EWP, Dang has made significant contributions to the Asian American theatre community.
