Tim Draxl is an Australian actor and singer, born on October 8, 1981, in Sydney. He grew up in Jindabyne and spent winters in Austria due to his family's involvement in the ski industry. Draxl attended high school at the McDonald College of Performing Arts. He is openly gay. Draxl is best known for his role as Doctor Henry Fox in the TV series A Place to Call Home. His film credits include Swimming Upstream (2003), In My Sleep (2010), and A Few Best Men (2011). He received a Logie Award nomination for Most Outstanding Actor in 2004 for his role in The Shark Net. Draxl has also appeared in television shows like Supernova, Tangle, Serangoon Road, Mrs Biggs, Molly, and In Our Blood.
