Tim Loane

Tim Loane is a multi-talented individual known for his work as a writer, director, lecturer, and actor. He gained recognition as the creator of the popular TV series Teachers, which aired on Channel 4. Additionally, Loane served as the lead writer for the show's first season. He also received critical acclaim for his film Dance Lexie Dance, which earned him a nomination for Best Live Action Short Film at the 70th Academy Awards. Loane was educated at Methodist College Belfast and Queen's University Belfast, where he honed his skills and passion for storytelling.
