Tim Love

Tim Love is a renowned chef known for his expertise in urban western cuisine. He owns and serves as the executive chef for several popular restaurants in the Fort Worth area. These include the historic White Elephant Saloon, the Love Shack, the Woodshed Smokehouse, Gemelle with micro-hotel Hotel Otto, and his flagship restaurant, Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, located in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. In 2006, Love expanded his culinary ventures by opening two additional restaurants: Duce in Fort Worth and Lonesome Dove Western Bistro NYC in Manhattan's Chelsea district. However, the NYC location closed after just six months due to unfavorable reviews. Love sold Duce in 2008 to a chef based in Chicago.
