Tim Raue (born 31 March 1974) is a German chef known for his culinary expertise. He is currently the head chef at Tim Raue, a prestigious Michelin two-star restaurant located in Berlin. Growing up in the Kreuzberg Wrangel neighborhood in West Berlin, Raue's passion for cooking led him to various establishments, including Chalet Suisse, First Floor, Rosenbaum, and Kaiserstuben. In 1998, he was recognized as Newcomer of the Year by Der Feinschmecker. In 2002, Raue joined Restaurant 44 at the Berlin Swissôtel, where he was awarded one Michelin star and 18 points in Gault-Millau. He is also the author of the cookbook 'Aromen(r)evolution' published in 2008.
