Timothy Stack is an American actor, producer, and screenwriter. He was born on November 21, 1956, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, to parents Joan and Tom Stack. He attended Germantown Academy and graduated from Boston College in 1978. After moving to Los Angeles, Stack joined the improvisational comedy group The Groundlings in 1979. In 1986, he appeared in a five-episode arc of Punky Brewster as the rule-obsessed DCFS social worker Simon Chillings. He played a pivotal role in the storyline, initially charged with Henry's petition to adopt Punky, but instead, he removes her from Henry's care. Stack's acting career spans various roles in movies and TV shows, showcasing his versatile talent in the entertainment industry.
