He is best known for his performance as Djordje in the film My Father's Angel, which earned him a nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the 21st Genie Awards. Webber has appeared in various television shows including War Brides, Arctic Air, Men in Trees, Cedar Cove, North of 60, Cold Squad, Black Harbour, and Once Upon a Time. On stage, he notably portrayed Slater in the debut production of Kent Stetson's Warm Wind in China.
