Tina Turner

Tina Turner (born Anna Mae Bullock; November 26, 1939 – May 24, 2023) was a singer, songwriter, and actress. Known as the 'Queen of Rock 'n' Roll', she gained fame as the lead singer of the husband-wife duo Ike & Tina Turner. Turner later embarked on a successful solo career. With her powerful vocals, energetic performances, and famous legs, she became an icon of the music industry. Some of her notable hits include 'A Fool in Love', 'River Deep – Mountain High', and 'Proud Mary'. Turner also appeared in films like 'Tommy' and 'Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome'. She became a Swiss citizen in 2013, having lived in Switzerland since 1994.
