TJ Hassan (born 23 May 1981) is a film, television, and stage actor. He has gained recognition for his roles in various independent and mainstream films and television shows. In 2008, he made his film debut in the biopic 'Who Do You Love?' directed by Jerry Zaks, playing the role of Lonnie Johnson, an American blues musician. He has also appeared in movies such as 'Lottery Ticket,' 'The Change-Up,' and 'For Colored Girls.' Hassan has made notable TV appearances, including guest-starring as Major Brett Hagen on the Lifetime series 'Army Wives' and as Detective Chico Cubbs on the Comedy Central-produced series 'M'larky.'
