Todd Duffey (born April 9, 1974) is an American actor. He was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and grew up in Texas. Duffey studied and performed in theater before making his mark in the entertainment industry. He is best known for his role as Brian, the Chotchkie's waiter in the 1999 comedy film Office Space. Duffey also had a recurring role in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer in 2001. Throughout his career, he has appeared in various films including Across Five Aprils (1990), Carried Away (1996), and Burning Annie (2004), as well as lending his voice to characters in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (2004).
