Todd Zeile is a former American professional baseball player who had a successful career in Major League Baseball (MLB). Born on September 9, 1965, Zeile played for multiple teams over his sixteen-season career, including the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies, Baltimore Orioles, Los Angeles Dodgers, Florida Marlins, Texas Rangers, New York Mets, Colorado Rockies, New York Yankees, and Montreal Expos. He primarily played as a third baseman, catcher, and first baseman. Zeile graduated from UCLA, where he played college baseball as a catcher. Currently, Zeile serves as a main pregame and postgame analyst for the New York Mets on SportsNet New York. He is known for being one of only five players in MLB history to have played for more than ten teams.
