Tom Amandes (born March 9, 1959) is an American actor known for his roles in both film and television. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Eliot Ness in the 1990s television series The Untouchables, and also appeared as Geena Davis' boyfriend in The Long Kiss Goodnight. In 2013, Amandes played Abraham Lincoln in the film Saving Lincoln. Born in Richmond, Illinois, Amandes grew up as the sixth of 11 children and developed a passion for acting from a young age.
