Tom Cotcher Biography
Tom Cotcher (born 28 July 1950) is a Scottish actor known for his role as Alan Woods in The Bill from 1992 to 1996. He also appeared in Taggart, Night and Day, and EastEnders. Cotcher has made appearances as Chief Superintendent Hobbs in River City and voiced the character of Rick in the racing video games TOCA Race Driver 2 and 3. He also voiced characters in the action role-playing video game Dark Souls II. In addition, Cotcher appeared as Daniel Brown in a 2017 episode of Holby City and currently serves as the narrator on the UK editions of Ice Road Truckers. He resides in Brighton, England with his wife and children.
