    Tom Degnan is an American actor born on September 24, 1982, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Joey Buchanan on the soap opera One Life to Live from 2010 to 2011. Degnan also appeared on As the World Turns in 2009 as Riley Morgan/Adam Munson. His additional credits include Handsome Harry, Little Miss Perfect, and the 10th episode of the 4th season of Blue Bloods titled 'Mistaken Identity'. He has also appeared in various television shows such as Lipstick Jungle, Law & Order, The Unusuals, The Good Wife, White Collar, The Following, Magic City, Bones, Person of Interest, The Michael J. Fox Show, Madam Secretary, and The Sonnet Project. Degnan played Chris Van Helsing in the 2013 TV movie Gothica and portrayed Matt in the 2014 TV movie Tin Man. He also had a role in the 2015 film To Whom I.
