Tom Fulp

Thomas Charles Fulp (born April 30, 1978) is an American programmer and the creator of Newgrounds, a popular website for sharing Flash games and animations. He is also a co-founder of the video game company The Behemoth. Fulp is credited with kickstarting the browser game scene in the late 1990s and changing the landscape of the internet by providing a platform for creators to share their work with a wide audience. Born and raised in Perkasie, Pennsylvania, Fulp began his journey by launching a Neo Geo fanzine called New Ground in 1991. He later created Newgrounds and went on to contribute to browser game preservation. Fulp's work has had a significant impact on the online gaming and animation community.
