Tony Haygarth Biography
Tony Haygarth (4 February 1945 – 10 March 2017) was an English television, film, and theatre actor. He began his acting career in repertory theatre and went on to perform with the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre. Haygarth appeared in various TV shows and movies, often playing solid and reliable characters with a down-to-earth attitude. He played a milkman in Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads and had his film debut in the comedy film Percy (1971). Some of his notable roles include PC Wilmot in Rosie (1977-1981) and Milo Renfield in Dracula (1979). Haygarth also portrayed the title role in Kinvig (1981).
