Tony Lo Bianco is an Italian-American actor known for his work in film, stage, and television. Born in New York City to first-generation Italian American parents, Lo Bianco started his career in theater and went on to appear in several Broadway productions. He gained recognition in the 1970s for his roles in crime films such as 'The Honeymoon Killers' (1970), 'The French Connection' (1971), and 'The Seven-Ups' (1973). Lo Bianco won an Obie Award for his performance in the 1975 Off-Broadway production of 'Yanks-3, Detroit-0, Top of the Seventh', and received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actor for his role in the 1983 Broadway revival of Arthur Miller's 'A View from the Bridge'. He also made guest appearances on popular television series including 'Police Story' (1974–1976), 'Jesus of Nazareth' (1977), and 'Marco Polo' (1982).
