Tony Rock, born Anthony Rock on June 30, 1974, is an American actor and stand-up comedian. He gained recognition for his role as Uncle Ryan on the television series Everybody Hates Chris from 2008 to 2009. Rock also portrayed television producer Dirk Black on the UPN/The CW series All of Us from 2003 to 2007. His film credits include What Goes Around Comes Around (2012) and Redemption of a Dog (2012). Rock was a co-star on the CBS comedy Living Biblically and has made appearances on various radio and television shows. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he is the younger brother of comedian Chris Rock.
