Tony Spiridakis is an American film director, writer, actor, producer, and playwright born in 1959 in Queens, New York City. He is best known for his work on films such as Queens Logic, Tinseltown, The Last Word, If Lucy Fell, and Ash Tuesday. Spiridakis has also produced the film Ezra, which stars Bobby Cannavale, Robert DeNiro, Rose Byrne, and Vera Farmiga. In addition to his film work, he has developed scripts for notable actors including Dustin Hoffman, Richard Dreyfuss, and Diane Keaton, as well as for renowned producers like Laura Ziskin, Stacey Snider, Mary Parent, and Warren Littlefield. Some of his other notable projects include Tinseltown and Noise, both starring Ron Perlman and Joe Pantoliano, and the documentary road trip film Driving to Ground Zero.
