Torben Liebrecht

Torben Liebrecht (born December 3, 1977) is a German actor known for his roles in film and television. He began his acting career as Heiner in Doppelter Einsatz and gained recognition for his portrayal of Karl von Sassnitz in Die Schule am See. Liebrecht has appeared in various productions, including the ITV television drama Monsignor Renard as Alois, the horror film Deathwatch as Friedrich, and the film Luther as Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor. He also had a minor role in Kevin Spacey's Beyond the Sea. In addition, Liebrecht has played diverse characters such as Bernd Steher in the film Rose, Marco in Eine Krone für Isabell, and Anton in the German show Verrückt nach Clara. He has showcased his talent in crime thriller Die Patin – Kein Weg zurück as Matz and played lead roles in Mein Flaschengeist und ich as Eddie and Das Wunder von Merching as Hannes Wenisch.
