Travis Willingham is an American voice actor known for his work in anime and video games. He has voiced memorable characters such as Roy Mustang in Fullmetal Alchemist, Cleo in Glass Fleet, and Guile in the Street Fighter franchise. Willingham is also a regular cast member of the web series Critical Role, where he and other voice actors play Dungeons & Dragons.
