Tupele Dorgu (born December 13, 1977) is an English actress and voice over artist. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Kelly Crabtree in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street from 2004 to 2010. Dorgu attended St Clare's Primary School, Our Lady's High School, and Kirkham Grammar School in the Preston area. Her mother is of Irish and English descent, while her father is from Nigeria. In addition to Coronation Street, Dorgu has appeared in TV shows such as Merseybeat, Loose Women, Casualty, Doctors, and Strictly African Dancing. She has also showcased her talent in musicals like La Cage Aux Folles, Three Minute Heroes, and Mamma Mia! in the West End. Dorgu left Coronation Street in 2010 and went on to star in pantomimes and make a brief appearance on Waterloo Road in 2011.
