Tyler Alvarez

Tyler Alvarez is an American actor known for his role as Peter Maldonado in Netflix's mockumentary series American Vandal. Born on October 25, 1997, in New York City, Alvarez comes from a diverse background, with a Cuban American father and a Puerto Rican American mother. His father is employed by the Drug Enforcement Administration, while his mother works as a nurse administrator. Alvarez attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School and Jericho High School, and he is fluent in Spanish. He made his professional acting debut in a Totino's pizza rolls commercial and later portrayed Diego Rueda, a character with magical powers, in Nickelodeon's Every Witch Way.
