Valerie Edmond (born 1969) is a Scottish actress. She first gained recognition for her role in The Sunshine Boys at the Royal Lyceum Theatre, directed by Maureen Lipman. Lipman was impressed with her talent and cast her again in an episode of the TV series Agony Again. Edmond's first leading role came in the BAFTA-nominated The Crow Road, where she portrayed the character Ashley. She received a Best Actress nomination at the BAFTA Scotland Awards for her performance. Edmond also starred in the award-winning film One More Kiss, directed by Vadim Jean. She is an acting alumni of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.
