Vanessa Simmons

Vanessa Jean Simmons, born on August 5, 1983, is an American television personality and actress known for her appearances on various TV shows. She gained popularity as part of her family's MTV reality show, Run's House, which aired between 2005 and 2009. Simmons is also a designer for the shoe brand Pastry, alongside her sister, Angela Simmons. She has made appearances in soap opera television shows such as Guiding Light and has held roles in films like Speed Dating, Boogie Town, and Dysfunctional Friends. In addition, she served as the host and judge of Project Runway: Threads. Simmons is the oldest daughter of Joseph Simmons and Valerie Vaughn and is the niece of Danny Simmons and Russell Simmons, the co-founder of Def Jam Records.
