Vic Polizos Biography
Vic Polizos, born Nicholas Victor Polizos on August 12, 1947, is an American film, television, and theatre actor. He is best known for his recurring role as Detective Frank Richmond on the American legal drama television series Boston Legal. Polizos has also gained recognition for his portrayal of Joe Thomopolous on Who's the Boss? and Shep Cale in Jericho. Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama to Greek parents, Polizos attended Robert E. Lee High School before studying psychology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. While in college, he unexpectedly auditioned for a role in the stage play A Man for All Seasons and went on to become a part of the cast, kickstarting his acting career.
