Victoria Cartagena

Victoria Luz Cartagena is an American theater, film, and television actress known for her roles in various TV shows. She gained recognition for portraying Zoe Lopez in The Bedford Diaries and as Renee Montoya in the first season of Gotham and the third season of Batwoman. Cartagena also had a recurring role as Lourdes in the drama series Manifest. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she attended Penn State University. Apart from her TV appearances, Cartagena has starred in numerous theater productions and has participated in various plays and workshops for New York's Lark Theater. She has made guest appearances on shows like Kidnapped and Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.
